Sometimes when I navigate from the checkout screen to the payment screen the web site returns me to the home page for no reason and logs me out, why is this?
Answer:
This occurs when active sessions on a shared server are reset. This can happen on shared web servers as part of the normal configuration where by the recycle time is set quite small to prevent bad requests for affecting all web sites on the web server (a single web server can sometimes host over 1000 web sites)

1.) From the "home page", click the "login" link in the banner.
2.) Enter your "username" and "password" to log back into the site.
3.) After logging in, click the "My Home" link in the banner.
4.) From the "My Home" page, click the "View your orders" link to view your orders
5.) The top item in this list should be your latest order, it will be highlighted RED, click the "No Payment" link.
6.) Continue as before by entering your details as required in the checkout area to complete your order.
